As part of our plan to widen our regional service network, our fifth branch has opened in the industrial zone. The location was chosen to serve the heavy vehicle workshops, fleet operators and haulage companies concentrated around it.
Services offered at the branch
- Counter sales: fast-moving lines are held physically at the branch and can be collected without waiting.
- Same-day transfer from central stock: items not held locally arrive from the central warehouse on daily transfer runs, the same day or the following morning.
- Technical advice: branch technical staff support correct part identification and fitting.
- Corporate accounts: account facilities and periodic invoicing for fleet customers in the region.
Why this location
Two criteria decided the location: the density of heavy vehicle workshops in the area, and proximity to main transport arteries. Most workshops in the industrial zone face urgent parts requirements during the day, and waiting time converts directly into vehicle downtime. Placing a branch here reduces sourcing time from hours to minutes.
Being close to the ring road, the branch is also positioned to serve the on-route parts needs of long-haul vehicles passing through.
Stock profile
Branch stock was built by analysing the local vehicle parc. Depth was prioritised in fast-moving lines: brake linings and drums, filters, air suspension bellows, shock absorbers, belts, hoses, lighting and cab hardware. Slower-moving lines are supplied from the central warehouse.
Opening hours
